Apple announced the 8th Generation base model iPad and there is something familiar. Could it be the enclosure? Or the camera? Maybe the fact that the screen is the same as last year. It's all of those...and more. The only thing that changed is the processor and the addition of the neural engine.
Now to the question: Should you buy it? As someone who still uses the original iPad Air, I should but you may not need to. If you are someone who needs a portable iPad that has a lot of processing power and pro features, this is not for you. The iPad Pro does that. If you need something where you can do heavy work but play also, the iPad Air would be better. If you are a kid or family who needs an iPad to watch videos and play games, this is the one for you. This is only if you do not have the iPad 7. If you do, you have no reason to upgrade. If you have an iPad 6, you don't need to upgrade. If you have an iPad Air or Air 2, upgrade. If you have an iPad mini 1, 2, 3, or 4, upgrade. If you have iPad 1-5, upgrade.
This is my opinion. This is what I think. If you think otherwise, I am fine with that.
See you later!
